The prices we quote you are available only for the date in which they are quoted. And they are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until you make a non-refundable deposit to book the items in the selected tour or service.
Correctness of the information provided
Our dear customers are responsible for correct spelling of their names in the booking form.
Name, surname and father name (first name of your father) should be written on the correct space on the form. Turkey Tour Shop Team is not responsible for confusions created by wrong spelling or misplacing these personal data. Flight ticket arrangements will be done due to booking form information.
Providing Passport Copies
Customers who want to proceed and book, should provide their passport copy of the page with name and surname information as soon as they submit the booking form. To complete the reservation we must have a valid passport of yours.
Tour date is Essential
Our dear customers should provide the correct tour date with correct format as DAY/MONTH/YEAR.
Keeping in touch
After the deposit is paid, and passports are received, the reservation department starts the reservation process. The clients are responsible for following the process, build communication with tour consultant.
-In case of cancellation, delay or exchanging of flights by the airline company, Turkey Tour Shop does not have responsibility. However we will assist tour participants to catch the tours as soon as possible. Extra charges may be applied.
– Reservations may only be cancelled by written notice sent by e-mail or certified mail to Turkey Tours Shop. If such written notice is received before arrival date / travel start date, Turkey Tours Shop will accept such cancellation in these conditions:
– For any reason of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.
– 15 days to 7 days arrival, 50% non-refund from total amount (The amount will be charged from your credit card).
– Less than 7 days of tour commencing date, the cancellation will be considered as no-show (The total amount will be charged from your credit card).
Domestic & International flights
Turkey Tour Shop team is not responsible for missing domestic or international flights due to delay of an international flight.
– Our itineraries do not connect domestic flights to international flights. It is recommended to make the arrangements to have at least 24 hours between the domestic and international flight. If domestic flights have any delays, it will be at clients’ own responsibility.
– In case of extra luggage weight over than 15 kg, the customer might need to pay some extra fee for this extra weight.
– Changing the tour dates by the customer, might be a reason to pay additional fees for new flight tickets, cancelled tours, rearrangements etc.
– In case there is a need for a private airport transfer at Kayseri, Nevsehir (Cappadocia), Izmir (Ephesus), Denizli (Pamukkale) Tours, there will be an extra fee, for the airport transfers are done with airport shuttles for group tour.
– In case of last minute bookings, if flight tickets get extremely expensive due to religious festivals, beginning of school semesters etc. Turkey Tour Shop may charge more fee and will inform the guests of that.
– Turkey Tour Shop holds the right of exchanging the days of the tours due to being busy in the tourism season, and will inform the customers of that and get their approval.
– Izmir flights after Cappadocia tour can be direct or via Istanbul. The agency tries to book the most suitable and convenient flight for the guests. If there is no direct flight, connected flight can land to Izmir after midnight. The guests who do not want to land that late are kindly requested to choose another itinerary.
– Flights will be the alternative (for solo travelers) for Pamukkale-Konya-Cappadocia or Antalya-Konya-Cappadocia drive, and this will be (direct or via Istanbul flight).
Hotels and rooms
– Some of Cave hotels in Cappadocia might not have air conditioning in the rooms.
– The triple room at the hotels mostly have an extra bed, and for those willing to get an original triple room are recommended to ask for 2 double and 1 single room instead, and that would be for an extra charge.
– Standard rooms are normally arranged in case the room type is not specified. Guests who are willing to upgrade their rooms, can inform the reservation department beforehand. Depending on availability, reservation department may upgrade the rooms with additional charges.
Hot Air balloon flight
– Due to business, there might be a 1st and a 2nd and a 3rd flights of the balloons, and this is arranged by the Balloon agency, Clients might be scheduled for first or second or third flight. First or second or third flight arrangement is done by the balloon company. Agency do not assure clients to be on specific flight.
– The cancellation of a balloon tour, is determined by Turkish Civil Aviation, and not by any other authority or company. Cancellation decision can be taken a day before or right before the balloon tour as it depends on the weather conditions of that day. Agency does not hold responsibility for hot air balloon tour cancellations. After cancellation, full refund of hot air balloon tour amount is provided to guests.
– In Cappadocia, we have either North Cappadocia tour or South Cappadocia tour on each day. Depending your day there, agency might shift your days upon the available tour on that day. For day trips or single day tours, the tour participant will participate one of the available tours from North or South Cappadocia Tour.
All guests are expected to be ready in the main lobby of the accommodation at least 5 minutes prior the confirmed pick up time.
If you are unable to locate your agent/local guide/driver to assist you for the program, it is your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher information sheet or contact to your travel consultant before making other arrangements.
– If your hotel is located on the Asian side of Istanbul or your flight is from/to Sabiha Gokcen Airport then an additional supplement may occur. You will be advised prior to the service taking place in this case.
Private tours do not include entrance fees to be able to give flexibility to our guests. Your local guide will assist you for entrances.
Private tours do not include lunch to give flexibility to the guests.
Private tours lasts maximum 6-7 hours starting from departure time from hotel and dropping back to hotel.
– The group tour days include lunch in local restaurant. Drinks during lunch are not included. Free days in the itinerary do not include lunch. If there is a copy-paste mistake on your itinerary, the agency do not hold responsibility. The breakfasts are provided by the hotels. Agency do not provide breakfast separately. If your flight is very early in the morning, you might not catch the hotel breakfast.
– Turkey Tour Shop cooperates with the best hotels with in the mentioned prices.
– The hotels mentioned on our lists may change due to the availability, and we might provide similar hotels.
– Hotel bookings are done randomly. Clients may send their preferences from hotel options in the same class, however preferred hotel booking is not guaranteed. Reservation department will book it, if they have enough number of pre-booked rooms on that specific date. If not available, they will go with other options on the list.
– The hotels will be changed to a different one in the same category with the same quality of service and comfort in case of none availability in the hotels mentioned on our lists.
– You can upgrade your hotel to another category (Price change applicable)
The price will be re-arranged if you have any specific hotel booking in any region where the tour goes. Please let us know about that in advance.
– We cannot accept any responsibility for the conditions or problems may occur in the hotels arranged directly by our clients.
– We do recommend to get all the hotel services through Turkey Tour Shop.
– Guests are expected to obey check-in/check-out times of the hotel during their stay.
– Hotel check-ins are around 14:00. If you are reaching to the hotel before check-in time and you want to do an early check-in, please remind it to your tour consultant. They will be doing required arrangements with extra cost for early check-in.
– Last days of the tours do not include hotel stay. If you like us to include it, please ask it to your tour consultant.
– Inappropriate behavior as offending, threatening tour consultants, tour guides, drivers, agents or any kind of staff related to agency will result in being asked to leave the tour immediately. The agency will cancel the tour and no refund will be issued for tours ended early due to tour participant behavior.
– If your pick up/drop off details change, you are kindly requested to amend your booking and inform your tour consultant as soon as possible.
As Blue cruise departs only 3 days a week, Turkey Tour Shop reservation department can shift or add free days by informing the clients for the itineraries include Blue Cruise. Depending on availability Blue Cruise can start from Fethiye or Demre.
– Blue cruise cabins are arranged as shared cabin for solo travelers. If solo traveler likes to be in single cabin, it is kindly requested to inform the tour consultant. Single cabin arrangements result extra charges.
