2 days Gallipoli Troy and Pergamon tour

In this 2 days Gallipoli and Troy tour you will be taken back to the history of struggles, victories and ancient stories of honor across thousands of years till the time of the First World War, get ready for all that on your tour that starts from Istanbul.

This tour is performed by cars for transportation between places, and it is preferred for those who enjoy travelling and having their adventures by cars basically.

 

DAY 1 Gallipoli Tour 

Pick up early in the morning form your hotel

According to the location of your hotel in Istanbul, we will arrange to pick you up generally from Taksim or SultanAhmet, and this will be between 06:00 to 07:00 o’clock depending on your hotel.

 

Transfer to Gallipoli in Eceabat

In your conditioned car, you will have a 5 hours journey to the Eceabat, it is a bit long tour but the road allows you to have a great sightseeing experience, since you are passing through and along with the sea and green views on the way.

On the way your will have a breakfast at 09:00 AM on the way, also you will have lunch at around 12:00 before you start your half day Gallipoli tour.

Day 2 Troy and Pergamon Tour

Pick up form your hotel
After your breakfast at around 08:30 AM, you will be picked up from your hotel, and you will have 2 hours Troy Tour, then you will have Lunch and a Transfer to Bergama for a Pergamon Tour.

 

Troy Tour Program

On this day you will have the chance to visit the remaining parts of the legendary city of Troy, this is exactly the city where the Greek of Sparta made their attack by using the Trojan horse.
On this tour program you will visit the following:

 

– The Trojan Horse
– Sacrificial Altars
– The 3700 year old city walls
– Houses of Troy I 3000 B.C. – 2500 B.C.,
– The Bouleuterion (Senate Building)

– Current excavations
– Remains of the various cities from Troy I through to Troy IX.

 

At around 10.30 your Troy tour will be finished, and you will be transferred to Bergama, this transfer will last around 2.5 hours, and at 13:30 you will be having your lunch in Bergama, and then your Pergamon Tour will start.

 

Pergamon Tour Program

On this tour you will visit the following items:

– Pergamon, which was once the ancient world’s major power
– The Acropolis
– The Library once held 200.000 books
– Temple of Athena
– Temple of Trajan
– Altar of Zeus (Now at BERLIN MUSEUM)
– The Gymnasium situated on terraces
– The Lower Agora
– The Hellenistic Theater with a seating capacity of 10,000,
– Temple of Dionysus

 

At around 05:30 PM, your tour will come to its end, and you will have the option to continue to Kusadasi, or go back to Canakkale again. And this will be the end of your 2 days Gallipoli,Troy and Paergamon tour.

If you choose to continue to Selcuk and kosadasi, you need around 3-4 hours, and by that you will be almost close to many other important extraordinary sites of Turkey, so if you stay in Kusadasi in an hotel you will have the chance to do Trips like:
